That sounds all fine and dandy………..if you haven't been f—-ed up by Uncle Sam! I would LOVE to do these exercises if BOTH sides of my body functioned EQUALLY! I've suffered a cervical collapse (among other severe injuries throughout the rest of my body) due to injuries sustained during military service, and as a result of that injury (and the aforementioned injuries), have had a cascade effect that has screwed up the rest of my spine and don't have full function of my left arm (and other parts of my left and right side) due to paralysis, muscular atrophy, and R.O.M. limitations! There are plenty of exercises out there that would turn an old, over 50 year old fat slob into an Adonis, but there's nothing for busted up, old Vets, with crippling injuries sustained during their time in service and there's nobody out there that gives a sh–,…….damn enough to give us the guidance or alternatives to help us! I have no doubt in my mind there are thousands of our finest, former battle-hardened warriors that would weep with tears of joy if there was some way to regain some of the health we all used to enjoy as young, hard, lean, mean, fighting machines!
What would this be good for? A warm up? I'd say on a day that I'd skip the gym and still want to activate my body I'd just do that sort of excercise, but otherwise, what could that workout be good for?
