  1. Ive just got back from a week away in the canaries and have done 2 x 7 min videos or 2 of the 1000 step workouts everyday. First holiday ever that I kept up to my workouts. Also think it helped with my IBS symptoms (struggle when abroad due to change in water etc) but working out using your vids helped keep bloating dwn a bit! Thank you Lucy xx first time ever I enjoy working out and have kept up to it consistently for 6 weeks now xxx

  2. Your workouts are wonderful for beginners but also I feel as I build up the strength I would still enjoy them. I've been trying for a long while to follow different workouts on YT and I always get discouraged because I can't do half of the exercises. I can't even imagine in what time frame I'd be able to do it as the instructors do. That is until I found you! I'm enjoying this so much and exercising every morning. I can say that you transformed my life and made me believe it's possible for me to exercise and build up my strength. Thank you Lucy!
