  1. I love this workout…the music is sooo good, nice vibe even in the voice of the guy giving instructions. I have done 1-2 times per week for the last 3 weeks and I can see the difference….i do other workouts too but I really love this! I see someone mentioned doing everyday maybe i should try that! My body fat is at 33%. BMI at 28…so I am overweight. But I have pretty decent level of fitness…gonna work at doing this everyday it is not too hard but i get a good sweat!

  2. Thx so much y'all so much I makes me feel so much better and I don't know if this is a good thing or not I did a bunch and when I got up to get me some water I felt dizzy y so if y'all think that is good or not please tell me.p.s this makes me feel so much beter

  4. i know she wants to show off her ass, but that pelvic tilt during push ups is not good.

    also… someone needs to read up on Tabata protocol and stop calling any HIIT/strength endurance "tabata". cause there is nothing tabata about this.
