I love this workout…the music is sooo good, nice vibe even in the voice of the guy giving instructions. I have done 1-2 times per week for the last 3 weeks and I can see the difference….i do other workouts too but I really love this! I see someone mentioned doing everyday maybe i should try that! My body fat is at 33%. BMI at 28…so I am overweight. But I have pretty decent level of fitness…gonna work at doing this everyday it is not too hard but i get a good sweat!

also… someone needs to read up on Tabata protocol and stop calling any HIIT/strength endurance "tabata". cause there is nothing tabata about this.
Why do you call it 7 minutes workout, while it is 8:40 minutes? There are 13 exercises, each one 30+10 seconds. Do the maths.
