  2. I only do the odd few sit ups as it’s better than medication for my back pain and walked passed the mirror the other day and I thought oh my god is that me. Could see my rips showing. Would love to get into it properly.

  3. To make the side plank harder, you can touch your lower side with the hand lifted to ceiling while turning the torso in that plank position, then lifting the hand to its initial position and repeat this movement.
