  2. A month ago I started with your first video/with date 23 apr 2014  4/5  times at week.Absolutely amazing,my body visibly changing…But I don't understand how is it possible that between the first video and this one year has passed and the blonde woman hasn't changed at all???

  4. I've been doing this for around 6-8 months and I have seen incredible improvement in my health and weight.
    Unfortunately, I had to stop because I was studying for college and I've gained nearly 10 lbs! CLEARLY this worked tremendously and I'm about to lose ALL of the weight off with this workout

  5. It would have been better if I discovered this kind of “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a couple of years back. I dropped 12 pounds in three weeks so far. Needless to say I exercise a few times a week, and also eat well. The effect shown to me is fantastic. I surely recommend the product, wish it works as good for you because it does for me. .

  6. Half way through this Im like fuck that. I already biked 2 miles, ran half a mile, and did a full ab routine so maybe without that stuff I would finish it all in one go. I overestimated this intensity but I'm SUPER glad to find it. It will help me when I'm on the beach in Hawaii and dont have a regular gym. Thanks Mate

  7. First time doing this and gotta say, it was complete hell the entire time but I pushed myself to keep going, I went at a bit slower pace than them but my heart beat sure went up, I’m starting my weight loss journey and this 30 minute cardio will sure be a part of it!

  8. Such a great work out! I came across this video about 2 years ago and it helped me lose roughly 10lbs. I come back to it every so often when I feel like I’ve gained some weight because I know I will be able to shed those pounds doing this workout! 👏🏼👏🏼
