  3. I will have to try some of these. I know you provided a cable ab workout for the gym video, but could you do a home equivalent? I have low back issues which make crunches hard. I loved the cable video but my gym only has 1 cable machine and I often am unable to do those when I am there.

  4. Thanks so much for these workouts…not everyone has access to a gym or confidence to go and need to start somewhere. When i am on fitness channels i see comments asking for these types of workout so I will send anybody to your channel 😘

  5. 1. Supermans 3X30
    2. Dumbbell Good Mornings 3X20
    3. Kneeling one arm row to straight kickbacks. 3X25 (each side)
    4. Band Pull Apart. Together or alternating. 3X30
    5. Deadlift to Row 3X30
    6. Bird Dogs 3X20

    Add band for resistance.
