If you have Diastesis Recti, Make sure to have the ok from your DR and start by doing the modification of exercise 1, supine toe touch (hold and focus on drawing your belly bottom towards your spine), side plank on knee and floor bridge, when you practice and feel comfortable add the Bird dog , and wait a few more weeks to do the plank, even on knee because there is a lot of pressure on the tissues of the abdominal wall.
