  2. Yaay! I was so happy to find this. I’m 16 , my height is 5’6 and because I’m pretty tall I like to be more on the slim side. I used to want them bigger.. but when they got heavier I felt it seemed bad on me😅 btw I’m cup 32b :/

  3. I am 5’2 and my breast size is 85B or maybe bigger idk. I know some of you girls have bigger sizes and I totally understand you. My mother is always telling me that this is my body and I have to accept it. And I agree, boobs are natural and beautiful, but my poor back…my super large outfits and my confidence..girl i need to minimize my boobs. I do not wear bras I hate them, but in summer I was literally wearing 5 sports bras just to keep them flat like wtf. I hate it

  4. just finished the work out 🏋🏽‍♀️ definitely wanted to give up at points, but I pushed thru 🙌🏽 I will be continuing this exercise everyday of the week .. hopefully I will see results in the next few weeks ! * I will update *

    Starting 1/30/20, size 34D. I'm also doing other workouts for hips, thighs, and abs, but I'm not changing my diet. I'll be back in a week!

    Day 1 √ + 1 tbl spun flaxseed
    Day 2 √ + 1 tbl spun flaxseed
    Day 3 √ little easier than before
    Day 4 √ + 1 tbl spun flxsid
    Day 5 √
    Day 6 √ + 1 spun flxsid ( feeling Little low today so didn't gave my 100 %🙁)

    Day 10 √ feeling little difference in my braa.. ( result is not adorable but may be the reason is i didn't stop eating oily foods 🤔)
    …..so definitely recommend for clean diet + this exercise… You will definitely get better result than mine 👍👍

  8. Today is January 27, 2020 and I already start it so this is my first day hoping that this will work out because to be honest, it is really hard to do things when you're having a large breast. I'll be back once I saw changes ❤😊 let's do iittttt!

  9. iv fluctuated between a DDD and a C over the last few years, i gain and lose weight VERY easily and wanna maintain a C / hit a B. will update!

  10. I started going to the gym a week ago. I don’t know my exact cup size but they’re biigg they’re 37.4 inches and they make me look fat so I wanna loose them. I’ll update. Like the comment to remind me plss
