  1. So I want to say I didn't realize you lived out of the country I was thinking you were eating at 2 in the middle of night. So I just wanted to say that I struggled with weight not a large amount I was about 40 lb overweight and I spent several years trying to lose with all the stuff that said diet or low fat. When I started studying food and really educating myself on chemicals that are in the food sugars that are in the food and how important it is to fast and cleanse your body I'm sure not everyone will be in agreement with me but this is what worked for me. I started going through body cleanses about every 3 months I would do a juice cleanse for about 10 days and then I would increase my cleanse to the point where I cleansed 62 days straight with juice only. Not store-bought juice because that is not living food any longer it becomes dead in the bottle. I bought a juicer Jack LaLanne. And once my body was cleansed of all the heavy metals bad toxins and chemicals it began to function properly. all you have to remember is living food brings life to your body. I was 40 lb overweight for about eight years. I have been my normal weight which is 110 for over 5 years now. I have to say though that it is important if you want your metabolism to speed eat small meals throughout the day.so if you're only looking to bring in say 500 calories that day don't eat it all at one time eat a small portion for breakfast a small portion for lunch and a small portion for dinner keep things in your frigerator like fresh berries so in between meals you can open your refrigerator and grab a handful of berries and walk away or whatever fruit you have right there on hand. Once your body gets used to eating healthy living live food. And your body is cleansed of all the toxins and poisons and heavy metals you will have no desire to eat anything that is not healthy. All of that goes from the body being cleansed. And all you will desire is the good healthy stuff. Try not to go out and eat at all make your own food. Even the restaurants that claim healthy it's not true. Subway is bad. Hope that I have not overwhelmed you but I have spent over almost fifteen years with educating myself about food. You're doing great!!! Keep fighting the good fight. Remember Jesus Christ is Lord.

  2. I see your on O2 may I ask why?? I've been doing healthy keto since Jan 1…not a new year resolution, any how I was researching dementia and found keto… My way 235 lbs size 22…. now 159 size 12-14…I now do intermittent fasting…eat once a day…fat moves fat…your brain functions on fats not carb esp sugar…any extra get stored in fat cells…my excercise is swimming…up 20laps with three different strokes…gotta find something u like to do or it will fall by the wayside….wishing you the best…and God bless…

  4. God bless you I am so proud of you. I had to get a divorce I guess my husband like men too.. I gained like 38 lb in a couple of months I've been trying to walk it off but I'm 42 now and things don't go as fast as they did when I was young. You have such a cute face Im glad we get to see it. Keep up the great attitude and what your doing because it is working. Love and Jesus keep you happy healthy and safe always.

  5. You are doing it my friend! I have been eating a salad regularly. So good! I also like chicken! Salmon is good too, but I know most people don't like it. I happen to like foods that are healthy. God bless you and thanks for the video!

  6. Keep at it. After trying for years, I found it not helpful for me to change drastically in the long term. Not hard to lose weight but hard to keep it without doing the yo-yo diet. However, I discovered, after doctor's advice, that just drastically cut down on carb., sugar along with exercise daily ready helps. And this way, it is easier to maintain in the long term. Sugar and carbs are the worse. Cut down on the fatty red meat, but carb and sugar are the two biggest ones. Onward forward brother!

  7. We had chicken a few days ago. I was like "i just ate a leg which grew off a chicken!" and some grapes. i like ocean fish, i think Ling Cod are my favorite or Red Snapper (those things get SO OLD. i pulled out a 40-year old one out of the water once, it had scars all over it). I end up eating peanut butter out of the jar. Mostly I exist off lattes I make out of milk and instant coffee. Or Orange Pekoe tea in milk, in the microwave then I squish the bag to get all the good stuff out. Gotta peel the skin off the milk though, it's kinda gross. yah peanut butter is my favorite though. Confucius say, You never get a third chance to make a second impression!

  8. Nick, you look so good. Your skin color is so much better. If you're going to add a carb go for a small skin on potato or a small sweet potato. You can also add any winter squash or pumpkin too. Think rainbow, the more colors you eat the better nutrition and think seasonal. Our bodies operate different with each season so eating the fruits/veggies that are truly available during the seasons is also helpful to the body as well.

  9. Your breakfast sounds great..
    I'll put mine on top of a chicken breast and bed of lettuce and call it supper and I always try not to eat after 6 or 7 p.m.
    Weighed in at 238 today…seems i am stuck…but not at 308 anymore. That first 50 took a year and was up and down costantly. But npw not eating close to bed time has stabilized my swings and i am hangin right around 240…miss my night snack bad…its a battle but I have prayers backing me up like you do Mr Nick. You are helping me alot with this VID SERIES…THANKS BROTHER…SEE YA MAÑANA✌💛🙏💪😎😇👍

  10. I'm happy to hear your going back to breakfast. They say your metabolism doesn't even start working until you eat. I lose twice as much when I eat breakfast and drink ALLOT of water. You've got this! Love ya! Angi

  11. Great Job my Brother in CHRIST! Just remember to give it to the LORD JESUS CHRIST!! I struggled with Alcohol for many, many years, but once I told the LORD JESUS CHRIST that I could not Quit Drinking and that I give it to HIM instead, the desire left me completely. When will realize that we cannot defeat these things on our own and instead totally give it to LORD JESUS CHRIST, HE WILL GIVE us the VICTORY! AMEN?
