  1. The gym is a great addiction, if that empowers you and helps you keep on track go!!
I used to go to the gym 5 days a week, using my dumbells at home until I can get back to the fitness center

Yes, telling my hunger pangs to shut up! Another tasty, healthy entrée 😋

Another salad for me today. Journaling is such a motivator…
Wow that's really low calorie breakfast
Have a fantastic day Nick! 🌞

  2. That was a BEAUTIFUL dinner. Don't be afraid to have what you eat for dinner at breakfast time. If I have left overs from the night before it is always breakfast the next morning.
Example: last night I sauteed olive oil onions garlic mushrooms with organic grassfed beef it makes its own juice I cooked up pasta and I put raw spinach on top and then put all the other ingredients on top of that I was only able to eat half so I put the rest in the fridge threw it in a pan this morning with a little bit of olive oil and butter sauteed it for about 3 minutes to warm it up and wahla breakfast for champions keep fighting the good fight God bless you. your sister in Christ.
    Tammy.

  3. every day you look better and better.
you are doing really good, please keep the pace.
for me, i walk 1 hour per day and it fixes me. i walk away from house for 1/2 hour, turn around and walk back = 1 hour total walk.

  4. Moderation is always the key. If you eat a few extra carbs in the AM just lower them later. Not a long one today. This is one of my not too stellar days. 😞
Nick, you're doing a great job. You are so important to many here, even if they don't comment.
Much love to you and God Bless and keep you. 💖💖🙏🦋🙏💖💖
BTW, the butterfly is about transformation. From the caterpillar to the glorious butterfly.

  5. first! i made some soup today, out of one of those Knorr pouch. wasn't sure why it was so strong but it turns out it was a 4-serving pouch. I also didn't know how much water so I just dumped a bottle of nestle water in, i think thats about a couple cups. then i ripped up a piece of brown bread and threw that in too!
i was pondering cutting a chunk out of the tomato which stares at me from the fridge shelf when I open the door, but i decided not to wreck my awesome strong soup. I can wreck food faster than I can burn water so I have to keep things simple.
So I got halfway through my soup and it was like wowww its so strong! then I found the parts of the soup that are supposed to be more cooked into the water, it was all at the bottom and some of it was still crunchy lol
