  2. What's up?I wanna know how the opiate thing is going? There are a lot of good people that trusted their doctors 15 years ago and we're put on these totally physically addicting drugs. And when they tried to stop taking them the body stopped working and you get very sick. I just like to know how that went for you?

  3. Instead of butter you could enjoy your salad dressing! Olive oil is good for you. The urine sticks lol are called “ketosis strips” or “ketone strips.” I think you’re eating FANTASTIC, the dressing on your delicious salad is NOT gonna kill you! I’ve had lots more salads since you’ve been on a diet! My body thanks you!

  5. Distilled water is best for you. I recently bought a distiller, and you wouldn't believe the stuff that's left in it afterwards, and it tastes great, better than what you can buy in the store.

  6. Those carbonated mineral/spring waters have been a life saver for me. The bubbles also help tame hunger pains when it's not quite time to eat yet, or if I have the urge to snack. I agree that the strawberry Perrier is the best.

  7. Okay so I wanted to look up what keto diet was. And when I read that they are cooking the food in microwaves that is all that I needed to see. Stay as far as possible that you can from microwaves and the keto diet is just my opinion. Fight the good fight. Your sister in Christ, Tammy

Chiropractors are great. you have to understand that your spine is your central nervous system it literally controls your entire body so if your back is out of whack something is malfunctioning whether you feel it or not. Stretching also very important it allows the oxygen to disperse evenly throughout your body which is very important. I knew that there was something else that you talked about so I had to replay the video so I can see what else I was supposed to tell you and it was about chiropractic Care very important… Your sister in Christ Tammy

  9. Yes I switched from low fat everything and moved to real butter real milk real whole milk yogurt. I have a base that is in every single thing that I cook everyday olive oil, real butter, onions and garlic. It is true you need fat but it needs to be good fat. I'm glad to see that you changed your chicken to chemical-free but don't be afraid to put a tablespoon of butter in your olive oil when you're sauteing your vegetables your eggs and your chicken.
    No tilapia badfish….
    Salmon wildcaught , not farm raised. It's all about calories in and calories out. It's very important that your body has the fat good fat. Keep fighting the good fight. God bless you your sister in Christ

  10. That looks so good! I NEVER ate veggies until about 5 years ago. I honestly don't think people use spices (like yummy yummy garlic) to give veggies the proper chance. I started by adding green and red peppers in small amounts to my food. Now I eat carrots, onions, asparagus, broccoli, and much more. Thanks for the video and God bless!

  12. Hi Nick! The 2 meals looked great. You ARE an amazing person as well. Your meals look a lot like something from the Keto or the Paleo diet already. Can you eat pork? I ask because pork is very lean and virtually fat free. Pork loin is he best. You can even cut the loin in to slices and cook as a boneless pork chop. I don't eat it because it doesn't agree with me for some reason.
    I do eat a certain amount of beef though. Because of the AI neuro disease and fibro, I have a lot of problems with certain vitamin and mineral deficiencies, especially B12 and D. I have to eat things high in those as well. If you have not had a vitamin panel ask your Dr. about doing one. It's just a simple blood draw and that can also help you with things you might need to add. Just a though.

  13. Try salmon fillet with Teriyaki sauce and veggies for dinner. Nice change from.chicken salad. I do Keto, fats usually consist of coconut oil, ghee, and olive oil. You can have eggs and bacon too

  14. Doing great Nick! I just found out a trick.. If your starving and want a snack eat celery. It takes more calories to eat celery then their is in it. I eat mine with salt. Teehee! Loveya kiddo. Angi

    The Bible says bread strengthens the heart. The problem is… that's the vitamin E and lecithin etc that helps the bread go bad sooner. So corporate clowns long ago removed those things from the bread and wow what a surprise there's heart issues in people everywhere in north america. Dr. Hovind says "the whiter the bread, the faster you're dead."
    Bread doesn't strengthen the heart anymore with all that stuff removed so it lasts for weeks on the shelf. "Give us this day our daily bread" takes on a clearer meaning when I understand bread went bad in a day or two.
