  1. Next time you go shopping pick up 4lbs of ground beef. And remember that is more dense than what you lost. So you lost way more than that. You're doing so great! And your right. Inches count. Sometimes you will gain weight as you're loosing mass.

  2. Wow, decadent dinner! Muscle 5 times heavier than fat, over time the muscle will burn off the fat.
4 lbs. is great, You are awesome!!

When I was doing heavy body building many years back the weight literally melted off me! (Over 100 lbs.)
    I became a fitness champion…
Healthy eating was a large part of it.
Nick you're inspiring me big time to get back on track, going to make a healthy salad for supper🍜

  3. 4 pounds doesn't sound like much BUT look at the math over say… 6 weeks at that rate alone is 170 pounds gone. It (in my opinion) makes sense that after a while you won't lose at the same rate as in the beginning. Especially converting to muscle. You could be a 280 pound muscle guy in no time dude 😀

  4. Good job! Did you check out doctor Eric Berg YouTube channel and the intermittent ketone diet? Today he posted a video of a woman who was 315 and is now 138 lbs. God bless you brother!

  5. Keep up the great work you're doing. Proper posture is a must! Walking with your shoulders back and head held high is also a great confidence boost, if you need it.

Also, a way to make up for the weight loss tapering down while you gain muscle is to start tracking your loss in inchest. You can track areas like your chest/waist/hips/thighs/calves/biceps. I'm on own fitness journey and that has kept me going on the days where weight losses were small

  6. WOW! NICK! I CAN DEFINITELY SEE A CHANGE HAPPENING IN YOU! Body, mind and Spirit. Would you consider getting a cloth measuring tape and start recording your inches lost so we can follow that also? I Did better tonight. No taco johns! Teehee. God bless and lots of love. Angi

  7. Wow, who want's to eat rubbish like Mcdonalds when you can eat meals like this. Way to go in the weigh in, amazing job, you can see clearly how much you've lost, it's melting off you. 4 lbs is heaps when your losing inches, slow and steady is healthy. Your beaming with joy too, really good stuff Nick. Lol Justice 🙂

  8. Nehemiah 8:10 Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

Well done Nick, that’s fab 4lbs is great. I’ve lost a pound this week 🙄 I’ve just booked a holiday to go in 25 days end of the month, so need to get in my summer clothes. Little kitty made me smile 😀 God bless x

  9. You are killing it! Your inspiring me to get back on the wagon. Keep up the good work. Eventually your gonna have to have a gallbladder flush…it is a must. Thanks for all the positive messages
