  1. Thanks for the video, great work out! I think it would be really cool to use reusable water bottles instead of disposable to promote sustainability. This is such a popular video it's a good opportunity to set an example for little ways we can do our part.

  2. I did this workout video for the first time today and loved it. I was sweating so much!! I'm starting to enjoy barre workouts, its much more rewarding and I get more results; compare to jumping all over the place. I'm hoping to get addicted!! Thanks!!

  3. This video is NOT for beginners. It is certainly a challenge and a good work out but pace yourself. Girlfriend offers ZERO rest between workouts. And the premenstral irritability is strong w me right now – I CANNOT stand her shouting and super close to the mic talking. Grr! Closing: not for beginners, good challenge, good workout, fast paced, prefer less shouting.

  5. I don't even know how the advanced one is even doable considering that following Katie was hurting as much!
    Edit: But the only good muscle is an aching one! 🙂
