  3. Day 13 completed. Morning: jeera water, rava upma. 11am: black coffee, lunch: cabbage poriyal, bitterguard kootu with small amount of rice. Evening: green tea. Dinner: one orange, one banana. Exercise: treadmill half an hr, Zumba 40 min. Steps covered: 16500

  4. Day 13 success aa completed akka innaikku na jeera water la start panni kambu kool then madhiyam two chappathi with peekankaai poriyal apparem and night sevvallai pazham akka 45 minutes walking and 45 minutes exercise akka😊😊😊

  5. Hi I am balambikai. Today mrng 2 dosa with horsegram podi. Lunch one papaya. Eve One coffee. Night 1 dosa 2 pomegranate. Skipping 650. Walking 20 mints. Today finished.
