i cant believe how strong you are! ive been exercising regularly for almost over a year now and ive been constantly finding new types of exercises to challenge myself and oh my god i had to take so many breaks doing this. im so excited to see how much stronger i get as i keep doing this workout! thanks so much for your hard work!! <3
Great workout! Although I've been an exerciser for decades (I'm 66) this one really challenged me but I got through it first time! What I like about your approach is it forces me to work my body in different ways other than just cardio/weight work. I'll be checking out your other workouts for sure!

Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. I thought I was unable to do barre classes after I took my first one at a local studio and threw my back out afterwards. I have had a disc fusion and have to be really careful. I really appreciate that you go slower and help us concentrate on form. With your tips and modifications I am able to complete your class without back pain. I love that I can get a full body workout from your videos. I also love your calming voice and that you are also a busy mom like me 😊.
This is the first time that I actually find a workout video that I love! It's a combination of ballet and pilates I guess.. (even though I don't have a body of a ballet dancer) yet.. it's my favorite and these kind of workout always been the most effective to my body and not all the jumping/running and those kind of things.. which are really bad for me and not very enjoyable..
Oh and ofcurse.. THANK'S BARRE!! U ARE THE REASON I STICK TO IT!! WITH YOUR AMAZING WORKOUTS!!
