  2. i cant believe how strong you are! ive been exercising regularly for almost over a year now and ive been constantly finding new types of exercises to challenge myself and oh my god i had to take so many breaks doing this. im so excited to see how much stronger i get as i keep doing this workout! thanks so much for your hard work!! <3

  3. Great workout! Although I've been an exerciser for decades (I'm 66) this one really challenged me but I got through it first time! What I like about your approach is it forces me to work my body in different ways other than just cardio/weight work. I'll be checking out your other workouts for sure!

  4. Hey girlie! I have a question. I think your body is just beautiful, and goals for sure! I'd like to know what your diet is like, and how often you work out per week. How much time do you spend working out per day/week, and how many calories do you have per day? If you don't count calories, do you have a different system you follow? Thank you! 🙂 <3

  5. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. I thought I was unable to do barre classes after I took my first one at a local studio and threw my back out afterwards. I have had a disc fusion and have to be really careful. I really appreciate that you go slower and help us concentrate on form. With your tips and modifications I am able to complete your class without back pain. I love that I can get a full body workout from your videos. I also love your calming voice and that you are also a busy mom like me 😊.

  6. This is the first time that I actually find a workout video that I love!
    It's a combination of ballet and pilates I guess.. (even though I don't have a body of a ballet dancer) yet.. it's my favorite and these kind of workout always been the most effective to my body and not all the jumping/running and those kind of things.. which are really bad for me and not very enjoyable..

    Oh and ofcurse..

  7. Excellent workout! I have always been active, but I am not a runner. Thanks so much for your time and talent. Menopause has been a wicked horrible part of my life and exercise has been my saving grace. Only my second Barre class, but I am hooked😉 Thanks again
