  4. OMG Lucy I can't thank you enough for this. I fell off the wagon last few months with my Fitness . Happened with getting too busy with two kids and work. Got back in track with your 7 min arm challenge. And then I knew I needed something full body and here you go. Your here with this amazing video, perfect. Just did it 10pm after kids fell asleep. Thanks again 😍

  5. Can’t wait to do this workout tomorrow morning. I started following her workouts 3 months back, and I’ve lost considerable amount fat that I gained from consuming antidepressants. I carry a lean look now.

  6. Hey Lucy, it would be nice if you could do a real time warmup also in the beginning. I know I can pause the video and do it but I just love working out and stretching along with you, doing it with you just makes me more motivated. It would be great if you could do real time warmup also but not just marching on the spot but also other warmup exercises. Thank you, the workout was amazing💕😍.
