  1. I can really relate to this! My son is 8.5 months and I started keto today. It’s time. I gained no weight during pregnancy but 40 pounds since he’s been born. It’s time!

  3. Today is my day 3 of keto. I haven’t had any net carbs day 1 through 3 because I was under the assumption that I couldn’t have any at all! But now that I know I can have a little, I’m gonna hump it up to 20 or less net carbs Daily! At the end of this month I’m going to post the results to my YouTube channel too! I’m so excited. Thank you for sharing your story. You’ve given me that much more motivation to stick with this lifestyle change 🙂

    I live with the same health issues, I gain /lose… I’ve been looking into keto but the science is a bit confusing cause I see it everywhere but I can’t understand it…
    Any advice for books /instagram / websites ANYthing , that can help me (: my health has been horrible.

  5. I been on this diet for 4 days and I lost 9 pounds. I also have been exercising a lott so that’s probably why I’m loosing weight so fast

  6. I’ll be 59 in 3 wks, started Keto 1/21 and feel better than when I was 40. I lost 47 lbs in 4mo. I have been eating bad for over 2 wks and feel awful. Listening to you has inspired me to be good again! Thank you for sharing.

  7. Im trying ketosis dieting and im starting at 152. My goal is 140 or 135 or even 130 but i cant wait to see the results if it even works, im already on day 3 of keto and i felt dizzy and weak in the morning but i ate vanilla greek yogurt with almond milk (idk if thats keto friendly so someone tell me please i need help)

    And yeah hopefully i can drop these 15 pounds before school starts because im so sick of feeling sad about something i can easily change. I started a weight loss journey in febuary 2019 and my weight was 182. In the first month alone i lost 28 pounds doing the traditional way of weight loss. Now ive either been losing 2 pounds every 2 weeks or ive been maintaining my weight. Im starting keto and im gonna keep on it for 1 month maybe even two if it works well im not sure

    Please give me modivation cuz day 3 is horrible so far and im just so hungry for sugar

  8. I'm 45…started keto on may 5 today is June 4 I've lost 27 lbs!!! I eat less then 20 net carbs a day and do intermittent fasting 16:8…it works guys!! 60lbs to go…

  9. My daughter has had Hashi’s and hypo since she was 7 yrs old. Now 12 and having major hormone changes with puberty, diet is a huge struggle. After watching your story we are definitely going to give it a try. Thank you!
