  2. Did you ever do a series? Over 10 years ago I lost 100 pounds in about a year and a half- not one slice of exercise. I have gained it all back and have recently been examining why. I know that one component was not feeling comfortable in a smaller size. It was weird. But now I am letting the Word examine my motives and hidden places so that I can walk this journey with integrity.

  4. Thank you so much for this video. Iโ€™ve been looking for a regime that I can actually stick too. My body needs to loose 30lbs. Most of this waste is attracted to my stomach. I also hate meal prepping lol. Iโ€™m so glad you were honest about seeking God for your mental capacity to stay on target with finding yourself. Iโ€™m definitely subscribing to your channel.   8. I am a college student so this is definitely helpful ! I think I keep hitting plateaus in my weight loss journey I keep eating carbs please help
