Everyone is promoting the intermittent fasting and keto diet. Losing lots of weight quickly. The trouble is how can you be sure that just having 1-2 meals a day you are getting all the right nutrients and minerals and vitamins?? As you aren't really allowed fruit and there is very little carbs to add any fibre. It's just high fat, no sugar type diet. I get and understand the theory but I can't see I could do it longterm, I like milk, I love carbs, and I eat lots of fruit and veg.
I really wish they tried other people. Tbh not just the one woman.
