  1. Hey Jeremy big fan love your videos.
Theres a mistake at minute 5.01 when you show the EMG analysis of different ab exercices, you highlight reverse crunch instead of hanging leg raises on the left graph.

  2. This is the video that i have been waiting and i didn't find this kind of guide on any other youtuber very good job bro your great 🙂 my body is almost there just lower ABS issue which i will gonna resolve it with you guide so happy to watch this video 🙂

  3. I have a question… Do you have to be extra be ripped lower body fat so you can build six pack ? Cuz im not really ripped i still have a little bit of belly fat and i dont know if i should really do ripped body cuz i've never really done it before but im kinda looking for tips and advice thanks.

  4. With the last one, place a medicine ball or roller between your thighs and squeeze it as you roll back up. The Dr. Jordan Shallow aka The Muscle Doc, describes the ad roll out done this way (i.e. with the squeezing of the thighs together) describes it as The best ab exercise ever (for the rectus abdominis). Keep in the mind the TVA is still the baby that you want to work to strengthen first. A strong TVA is the first line of defence in alleviating and preventing back injuries. Dead bugs and Bird Dogs are your best friends here.

  6. I appreciate how in depth your videos are, thank you! I really like hanging leg raises, but it can bother me back sometimes. I will try the tilt and make sure I kept it that way. Thank you.
