I’ve lost a lot of weight over the last three years just by sensible eating, as far as meals go it’s not easy for me, I’m a working musician and not at home a lot so I eat when I can often snacking basically I graze, I make a point of doing as much walking as I can and I’m sure that has helped, I just use my common sense.

  3. I'd like to see this guy shirtless. I'm curious to see if he practices what he preaches. Too often you see fitness trainers who are chubby and fat, and I'm all like, you expect me to take you seriously?

  4. Can you eliminate breakfast food in morning until lunch w 2 cups of coffee
    Using Silk Vanilla Almond creamer? Then have veggies & meat for lunch and dinner w 2 pcs of garlic toast and a pc of chocolate square 70% cacao? I cannot cut out sugar and bread completely. I go insane.

  5. I have been trying the Keto diet since May 3 because my home PCP said to cut out all starches, pasta,  rice, grains (bread, cereal) etc. so I found Keto on YouTube. Have lost 20 lbs BUT now after seeing my VA PCP SHE said to reduce my "fat" intake and "protein" intake — she's not Keto friendly! That leaves me nothing to eat. ANGRY! Home PCP claimed I'm close to being diabetic just because I had ONE reading of 5.7 on my A1C. Don't know what it is NOW but the VA PCP says I am definitely not diabetic. Her nurse said that my reading on the A1C this time is LOWER than before but he didn't say what it was (privacy you know OVER THE PHONE). Don't know what to do now! I feel like giving up!

  6. Dr Berg – when you say 7 cups of vegetables what do you mean? E.g. a cup of chopped Romain lettuce is very different than a cup of sautéed spinach.

  7. Some confusing bits in this video: 3-6oz of protein, that's just meat, how would you count vegetarian sources? And is that per meal or per day? And the 7 cups of veg, is that everyday or every meal?

  8. Dr Berg. When you say 3-6oz protein, you mean net protein intake, or the total quantity of protein heavy food item. So would it be 3-6oz chicken, or total chicken contain 3-6oz protein.

I've been taking MSG (modified food starch) for years , like 6 or 7 big cups a day (mix it with mik), and mass gainers (basically pure sugar, highly biochemically processed to rush insulin 100 fold so to gain weight and stretch cells to stuff them with sugar until you basically blow them) as I've been watching these videos about Keto for years and confused it with MCT, which is in fact what was recommended.
