  1. I am a bit new to this whole pumping iron business… But aren’t you supposed to rest for a minute or so in between series in order to get rid of all the lactic acid in your muscles?

  2. By any chance, are these good for Forearms too or nah? (I'm aware that you have a forearm workout, i do it, I'm just curious if this helps with forearm too)

  3. These videos don't tell you that use have to use steroids or some type of enhancements, cause I've been doing what they say, and nothing, why ? I don't use steroids!!

  4. Love your workouts man. I consider myself advanced – been intense training for 20 years post HS sports. Really enjoy switching it up w your stuff. I like your ongoing commentary also.

These workouts are insane! this is week one of trying these 5 minute workouts due to my hectic schedule and looking for a more time effective workout and I am feeling every single muscle like I havent felt in years. I am now making this series my go to work out routine for the next few months to see if I can break through my plateau! Great work and keep it up. You have just gained another subscriber!

    Even a Big dude can have trouble with 2 light weights if you do 5 min straight
    And you don’t cut in the video while doing the workout

Make sure that if you do these, you squeeze you're abs tighten you're back and neck even, this will help keep you balanced and even make the exercises harder since you're not being pushed back by the weight it makes it a little bit of a cheat when the dumbbells push back against you. Optimizing the form can really help out alot, thanks anabolic aliens since I'm doing these again after I've been slowing a little in my progress to burn fat. This hurts now more than ever and I used to try and use 20s since I wanted that growth, but with good form with the 10's it hurts more then with the 20 pounds.

  8. This is my favourite type of workout I used to do them when I was younger and worked out at home but since I started going to the gym I wasn't doing these types of work outs and forgot about them..time to go back👍

  9. I have really long arms and seeing a guy with monster biceps working with small weights always reminds me that you don't have to curl weight to work your arms repetition is key. And man doesn't 10 lbs feel like 50 after just a few minutes. I'll be checking this out today at planet fatness! Lol
