  1. To everyone complaiming…if you're not super coordinated or don't have a dance background then yes this would be challenging. But if you listen she says to do it multiple times to learn. It helps your brain health too! Also most importantly nicole said to HAVE FUN

  2. Soo i just had birthday party and i ate 3 slices of spinach pizza, a big slice of waffle cake with bananas and a lot of heavy cream, 3 chocolate cupcakes and drank cola.
    I think i need to do this like… 4 times 😂

  3. I love Nicole's energy, but find myself very frustrated because it doesn't seem like the moves are synced to the music. Not sure if this is a problem with the video editing or something else.

  4. Haven't done the workout yet, and I do appreciate that these are free but I agree with some comments that there needs to be more transition between the different moves. There needs to be a breakdown of moves, step by step, and then perform the moves faster. A build up of a routine, one move at a time. And I don't find the music very motivating. Music should make you want to move, no, it should be that you can't help but move, the music should take over your body. Again, haven't done the workout, I am sure it is good but watching it did not really draw me in to want to do it. Again, I appreciate that it is free so I guess you get what you pay for.

  5. Anna was not in her element this time – temperament wise. She's usually so chirpy and chatty – she is the reason why I love these popsugar workouts!
    Nicole kept up the energy though. Absolutely love her routines and charisma!

  6. Holy shit, this workout is horrible
    Dont get me wrong you definitely move and burn calories
    But she transitions so fadt, there is no way someone can keep up
    It just builds frustration

  7. OMG I CAN'T SAY HOW MUCH I HATED THIS! Her entire persona is annoying, she switches moves before you've even caught on and the moves SUCK! Most of them aren't even Latin!!!! WTH was this? I don't think I'll be coming back to PopSuagr for dance workouts because you guys just DON'T GET IT!
