  1. I worked out and ran until the day before my first child was born. I heard all the comments too. She’s now 27 years old and I’m 55. We’re both fine.😉

  2. Every pregnant women can still train, can't wait to see the bump getting bigger 😍😍❤❤ You do what you want, people saying that you can't train while pregnant, obviously don't know what they are talking about 😜

  3. A lot more women do Botox than people think, no need to explain yourself! – I think it just gets a bad name because some women overdo it to the point their face looks a little unnatural.

  4. Just do with what you are comfortable with. That's all it matters. If you feel okay, then it's absolutely fine 🙂 can't wait to see how you modify your workouts when you start having a bigger belly in trimester 2 and 3!

  5. Congrats on the baby girl!!!! Love your videos, and I’m excited to see what you do while pregnant because I will definitely need those videos in the future!

  6. So so so GOOD that you are so clear on don't needing advise. People have really tried to make me bad about how I kept on training. While actually I researched it extensively ánd I knew my body. But I was not strong enough to verbalise it to people as you just did. You rock!!!

And OMG wad I glad I kept on training cause I had such good energy for the birth and I was feeling so fit all those months ánd after. 🙏👌. Wish you much love, wisdom, enjoyment and health💝

  7. I have 3 babies, first 2 pregnancies I was not a gym goer lol after my second child I got in the gym and got in shape and eventually got pregnant with my third. Went hard with my training all through my pregnancy, and had a great fast labor and delivery. As long as u are listening to your body, doctor and of course have that good nutrition u should be good to continue training. Health is ALWAYS IMPORTANT! Pregnancy is not an excuse to lay around and do nothing. (Unless u have health complications during pregnancy) 😎👏🏼😎👏🏼🖤🖤

  8. I worked out as long as I could! felt amazing when i did!! but my thyroid levels were off i think bc my nausea kept me depleted of nutrients:( so i eventually stopped. but, 2 1/2 years later, back in the gym strong as ever😁😁 @santannabell

  9. Hi Hanna, thankyou for all your inspiring videos, I follow your YouTube Chanel and love all your techniques and workouts, can I ask with being pregnant, are you are continuing to drink women’s best products, if so, which ones, if not, are you drinking anything that is safe for a little boost of energy in the gym during your pregnancy? Thanks again, hope to hear back! God bless

  10. More power to you girl 🤛🏽I kept going to the gym untill I was like 6 almost 7 months pregnant😅it was a challenge but keep going untill u can’t bend down anymore 🤣
