  1. Iftar khajoor aur 1glass pani peene k baad humesha veg soup with only black pepper peena chahiye..this usually prevents bloating..1-2hrs k baad 2 glass water and grilled chicken with very less oil.
    Soone se phele koshish kare 8glass paani piye phir bhi bhook lage toh kuch aur khaye

  2. Sehri me just one food n iftat me just drink..🙄its too much tough for us…thts why i think u should more study about Ramadan 😔

Good Effort suman … But i would say pora saal ap khob diet kar lo but ramzan weiht loss ka sochay bagair maza se guzaro apni marzi ke cheezen portion control main kha kar …. bcz ibadat b karne hoti hai namaz b to afat main itna pani pe pe ke peet phol jata hai ….pir namaz nhn parhne hoti … but basil seeds wali bat ache hai. I will follow it in sha Allah …..
