Great vid Zeus! I would definitely recommend a door anchor for a resistance band guys. It means you can do so much more exercises and it helps keep good form. Only costs a few pounds too 👍💰

Not bad either. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the triceps exercise, because of the band, which always pulls along the body…
