What do you recommend doing if I can't get my leg straight? I'm only doing this to tone and I'm very slim, but have never been flexible in my life. I'm pretty fit but find it impossible to get my leg straight when kicking etc. I've tried stretches and things but nothing seems to work?
It's simply magical for me to be this in love with a workout videos.

Hey, I like your videos a lot, but I’d suggest to make each exercise a bit longer and then have short pauses between them to change position. When you show them nonstop, I waste time on relocating and spent like 5-10 secs out of 30 on adjusting. So at the end I don’t feel like I got an intense workout. Please consider that.
I'm gonna try this everyday and put the results here to keep myself motivated haha ❤️ Day One: Wasn't too bad but I got a really nice burn. Thighs 17" Calfs 12" Day Two: I also did her other 7min Slim Legs Workout today! Thighs 16.9" Calfs 12" Day Six: I went on holiday and didn't have wifi, but I wrote down the exercises and did them. Thighs 16.6 Calfs 12
omg thankyou Holly Dolke, from doing all these leg workouts and exercises, I killed some sallilite and got some muslces on my legs. My legs were fat and now they are toned, strong and beautiful. I don't feel like a pear anymore thankyou! thankyou!!!

Hi sweety . please make a workout for legs, thighs , calves fat without squats and lunges . I have knee issues and when I do these workouts it pains a bit . And you have best workout in YouTube world 🙏🌸.

I’m not a fan of skinny lean legs! Prefer muscles strong legs on girls
