  2. I have been doing this and mixing it up with a good dieting program. I lost 7 kgs in 6 months. Last few weeks I became so indisciplined and added a kilo. I feel so discouraged and hope I'll get my mojo back

  3. Where is the easy start for us who haven't done any exercise for years? I can't possibly follow this routine atm. And to be honest this routine reminds me very much of older videos from a lady who did this in the 80th.

  6. hey this was super fun but lots of pressure on knees, modified girl in the back didn't do modified things… had to turn it off half way, but still a good way to work up a sweat for as long as possible

  7. Just another aerobic workout. Disappointed that one of the girls is not demonstrating the low impact version throughout. Some of us must do low impact and the few notations are not enough.

  8. This one made me upset. Each workout should have adequate modifications. In this routine, nearly each move had a jump. That is not doable for a lot of viewers. It moved too quickly for a step modification to replace the jumps, and they weren’t even shown to us anyway 😕

  9. Who else first watches the whole video laying down just to assess if the workout is doable, but ends up doing cardio cause their heart is beating quite fast from watching the exercise?

  10. BBS is a must, it seems like a lot of hopping around and your like okay like that's not hard, but lol it kicks your ass literally when your doing the workout. I'm no dancer at all with no coordination and it is still fun to do, especially since I'm drenched in sweat after her cardio workouts. Thanks POPSUGAR and BBS for bringing us this workout!

  11. Dude this was amazing! Thank you so much for putting this on here for all to see. Reminded me of when i was a teen watching all the Making The Video boy band videos on MTV. i was always so jealous of them doing choreography because it looked so fun. id try to do it with them and it never felt like exercise because i was so focused on looking just like my idols. I definitely worked up a sweat and instantly subscribed for more.

  12. Thx so much for this great workout! Two little things would make it even more fun for us at home:
    1. If you would teach the routine starting with the left side so that we at home can start with the (mostly better) right side.
    2. Some dance aerobic music where it is easier to hear the (32) beat (even Simone is struggling ;)) so you can really start the routine at beat 1, because this gives you an additional rush of energy.
    Otherwise it was really great fun doing it and having the feeling to do it together with a fun group of geople. Thx again! 😀

  13. This is a wonderful workout to ease back into fitness, which I've been slacking on for 2 to 3 months. I've done one to two workouts every other week, but I used to train 6 days a week, and this is finally giving me the motivation to get back into the game. I stopped working out due to my work which went from 8 hour days to 16 hour days and its all at a desk. I've experienced a lot of pain in my legs and swelling in my joints from not moving enough and I'm only 23. If you're not active right now, it's really bad for your body, so get working out people. Even if it's just 30 minutes a day. I totally lost it when I started feeling weak in my legs, due to blood flow slowing down and my joints not getting properly lubricated. Get off the couch and go for a walk or something! I'm never going to slow down again. Biggest scare ever. :/
