Nice Video! Sorry for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered – Scarlet Superior Body Formula (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my close friend Aubrey at very last got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
I've been doing this exercise for a few days; so far I like it. The speed and the simplicity is motivating. We'll see how well it works after a few weeks.
