  2. My lower back is weak from an old motorcycle injury, but I want to work my abdominals. Is there a set of standing exercises that I can do so I don't have to stress my lower back by performing exercises from the floor?

  3. I'm struggling right now, like i have visible top abs even in bad lighting, but I still have really big love handles and a bit of a belly, what can I do to get rid of this?

    I was wondering if you could give your thoughts on the effects that all the twisting and crunching (done in the majority of abs exercises) have on the spine.

    I’ve heard some people being against it, even mentioning that it can lead to hérnias and other issues.
