This is a great quick arm and shoulder segment. I overreached with 10 lbs, but didn’t die. Might sub in 8 lbs for a few of the exercises next time. And that rotator cuff stretch is everything! Thank you, Anna!
I did that after doing 20 miles on the bike. I am now dead 😂. Love this workout! My arms are going to be beautiful for my bff’s wedding!

I used 8lbs dumbbells on this one. Doable but I managed only a little over half of the reps.
