1. this may be my all time favourite arm workout! moves are simple and interesting, and the whole workout is so enjoyable it goe sby almost too fast, but I get awesome results!! 💙💦

  2. This is a great quick arm and shoulder segment. I overreached with 10 lbs, but didn’t die. Might sub in 8 lbs for a few of the exercises next time. And that rotator cuff stretch is everything! Thank you, Anna!
