  1. I am not a beginner. But Its been a while since i stopped working out. I have gained a lot of fat..double chin..arm fat and belly fat and also thickened thighs. I feel so uncomfortable in my body this way. I cant and do not want to adjust to this body. Starting from today. I will be doing this workout and arm workouts and avoiding junk food as much as possible if not completely.
I will be sure to update after 3 months.

    Alright everyone! I weigh 234lbs and I am 5’6.
I’m going to start doing this 5 nights a week and I am going to be in calorie deficit of 1500 calories a day. (If i intake 1500 and burn 500+ i am technically in a way smaller calorie deficit of like 1000 a day.) I also am keeping my carb intake to less than 50g a day. No soda, chips or candy. My eating window is from 9am-4pm. I will update in my comments each week to let you guys know how it went and what my progress has been like.

  3. I did this everyday for a week and I went from 53kg to 49kg. I listen to music while doing this. This really works and I really recommend it! Just don't thunk it's ok to eat more if you are going to do this

  4. Imma be updating y’all just reply so I remember for I’ll be doing 21 days
Earlier in the day(2 pm est) I’ll be doing light workouts like jump rope or a short video workouts and later on at 8pm est this workout

    Day 1: 180
Day 2: I had to take a break bcuz I was so sore I’m still am but I did jump rope for 7 min 30 sec and did holly dolke’s muffin top workout for 13 min 30 sec (I was in a rush) I still sweat a lot
Day 3: light jump rope for about 8 minutes earlier today(I’m going to update when I finish this workout now) today weight in 178lbs
Day 4: just finished I literally wanted to sooo bad but I pushed through I’m EXHAUSTED

  5. In the comments section below, why do I see people seeking motivation in the form of
''1 like = 1 day of healthy eating" on a workout video
and not "1 like = 1 day this workout"!
    Learn lessons hard way. Duh!
