  2. OMG i havent done any sporty (but yoga every once in a while) since february. I have lost every single ab I had haha. Not really. I feel so weak rn. But this motivates me to do another round tomorrow and the day after. And so on and on. I miss feeling strong and fit. But I am getting there again.

  3. I was able to do the tri-plank guys!!!when I started I couldn't do a wall push-up.. but today I supported myself with one arm !! 💪💃✌

  4. I do all this at 5AM and I always wake up wanting to sleep and then she wakes me up and I get energized and then when I finish my muscles are dead.
