  1. I currently eat between 50 and 500 calories a day and I'm super tired and feel sick all the time. I really wanna eat more but I'm scared I'll gain weight bc I haven't lost even a pound in months and I've been eating like this for about half a year. What am I doing wrong??

  2. Common! You can loose it on this maybe because your age or activity and fast metabolismbut for average person this is too much for losing weight. So I suggesting you to put uour age in title so people in 40. Or 50. don’t have to lose their time

  3. I wish I had find the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) years ago. For 15 days of making use of the programs, I dropped 12 lbs Naturally I exercise more than once a week, and eat healthy. The end result presented to me is astounding. I absolutely propose the product, hope it works as great for you because it does for me. .

  4. I am allergic to berries and nuts. I can substitute chia seeds or hemp seeds for the peanut butter on the breakfast. I would choose apple instead of strawberries on the fruit.

  5. I'm making the potatoe fries for dinner. Let's see how it turns out.

    [Edited:] My parents loved it! We ate them while watching movies. I just had to do some slight changes. I added a little of olive oil since the potatoes weren't cooking well. And i used more maple syrup for the dressing.
    I'm doing the chocolate pb oats tomorrow.

  6. Super helpful. Nursing a 6 mth old baby so I will have to beef it up a bit with snacks but this is super healthy. I am ALWAYS so hungry. I get frustrated with myself for being hungry I eat about 2400 calories a day get about 10,000+ steps in and have started Some light exercise. I am currently a 5’4 and a size 16 and trying to get in shape for the first time in my adult life. It feels hopeless but I am trying to stick with it. Thanks your videos are always inspiring.

  7. This would make me gain weight even though I am a vegan. I eat about 900 calories a day max 1000- plus I work out. I would gain a pound a day if I ate like this. Must be metabolism.

  8. Love your videos but can't stand watching you leaving those nasty black spots on them. They can't be safe. It's so easy to cut them out with a paring knife.
