  1. What I don't understand about Noom's food log is why some foods are considered red when it's organic and vegan or even just all vegetable. I'm having a very hard time understanding some of the logic behind it. For instance, I use a dressing from Trader Joes that's called green goddess and it's nothing but avocado and spices, but it's a red food. It's driving me crazy!! What am I missing??

  2. Awesome girl!! Loved this video! Would love to have you and your friends tune into my channel for full-length at-home workout videos!! Perfect addition to your healthy eating! 🥑🍓

  3. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR SAYING HOW YOU NEVER COMMENTED AND SO I STARTED TO LATELY AND LOVE IT! Ive been watching you for years now. I love how real and natural you are on here.

  4. I’m truly impressed. I don’t know if I could keep up with that….and I know I couldn’t drink that green stuff. It reminds me of newborn diarrhea…. However, you are being super mindful of what you eat and consistent. That’s really the most important thing no matter which healthy foods we choose.

  5. FYI Spindrift seltzers are not 0 calories. They are about 15. Not a big amount, but they can add up if somebody is drinking them as if they are LaCroix, which is 0.

  6. Dang girl I want summer to stay at least 4 more months longer I'm not a fan of fall or winter I like anything with avocado in it that salad looks very good too💕😃👍

  7. Great video!! If you steam cauliflower and then freeze it and add a little to each smoothie, you can't even taste it, it's great for adding to smoothies! Hemp seeds and chia seeds are also great add-ins that you don't even notice, especially the hemp seeds! You have no idea they are in there, sometimes you can notice the chia seeds though.

  8. I like putting aloe vero juice and frozen mixed fruit with the protein powder and spinach. Also watch the portion sizes for the seeds, olives, dressing, etc. – those small items can pack a punch in calories! Keep up the great work!

  9. Thanks for explaining Noom. I’ve seen it advertised but they don’t give info like you did!Wheat germ is great to sprinkle on salads, soups, eggs. Not much flavor but great fiber. 😎

  10. hi do you like quinoa? i make quinoa salad. there's not many ingredients in it. you can add any vegetable you like. i use evoo, peppers, zucchini, quinoa.

on that bar you had i noticed there were a lot of sugars (17), my doctor says the most important thing to look for are carbs and to subtract it with fibre. also to watch out for

sodium. or you can try veggie chili. its really good too. just some tips to try if you like. hope that helps and you enjoy. take care and see you next video.

  11. I love eating avocado toast on Dave’s Killer Bread with some Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning 🤤 Also adding some pumpkin & sunflower seeds into my plain Greek yogurt with a little honey or maple syrup

  12. I tried the Noom app a little while back, and it's a good idea, but the only problem I had with it is that it is set at 1200 calories per day. I am starting out overweight and need more than 1200 calories. My doctor recommends 1800 for me daily, and Noom isn't adjustable for individual weights, heights and activity levels, so I had to stop using it. I really like the premise of it, though. It helps you develop healthy habits.

  13. I love the salad minus the Avocado. I know I am one of the few people who do not like them. Btw, SkinnyGirl makes a good Honey Dijon Mustard dressing. Walmart has the best price.I also put PB2 in Greek Yogurt the non-fat kind. Plus Stevia. Tastes like a Butterfinger!💕
