1. I’d never thought of using instant coffee in a smoothie! The whole reason I don’t drink smoothies in the morning is bc I usually prefer coffee and to have both would be too filling. Thanks for the tip, can’t wait to try it!

Wow really enjoyed this video, the recipes looked soooo good, very delicious… I'm sixty four years old and had very high cholesterol so in last two months have had to bring that number down and lost over a stone in that time, as you get older it's harder to do but just cut out all convenience meals, bread, cheese, cakes, chocolate, crisps, fats and did more exercise..
