I haven't been leaving you comments recently, BUT I have been working out with you (but the last couple of workouts, I have to rush somewhere after so I don't have time to check in on the comments section!) – I loved this workout (I mean, no surprise – I love all your workouts!) – those core exercises were KILLER (the around the world abs – OH. MY. GOD!!!), plus a nice mix of cardio & strength, plus the birds chirping throughout – so deceptively relaxing, hahahaha.

  3. You are literally glowing at the end of this workout! I was sweating so much, but it always is so motivating. Sometimes I donโ€™t make it out to the gym for a week or more but knowing I have a gym buddy really helps me make the most of my workouts!! Literally rolling around I looked like a robot because my arms were derpy but love it!! Rawr and burb chirps

  4. I impressed myself with this one. I was able to do the raised heel squats without standing on dumbbells, I just balanced on my toes. Pure Peak Performance.

  6. I finally have the time to workout again since classes are officially over!! (I only have 2 finals. But time in between.) This is going to feel so good to do when tomorrow comes around. I'm so excited to work out again and become hella more healthy before next semester starts ^_^

  7. love the workouts! the only thing – I find it hard to follow because I like to watch it without sound while watching something else.. to get my mind off of the work haha. It would be a lot easier to follow if you had a timer countdown on screen. just a suggestion!

  9. Having visited the past recently (dear editor, please insert "Back to the Future" theme on the background), I can say baby Kat wasn't as evil as current Kat. Or maybe I'm just having a bad day, who knows? Favorite move was the burpees, as you could guess. Give us a 100 burpees workout!
