  2. I've only done this workout for just over a week now (skipping a few days when I don't have time or are too tired) and I can see results already! I only do one set but plan on doing more sets soon. Remember, diet also plays a part.

  3. Ooh, I like this too–combo of arms and standing abs. I admit I had to put the weights down once or twice (but I was working with 3-pound weights), but I think I did well.
