how much weight? i have 10 and 12 pound dumbbells. i tried forvyears. i started at 8 lbds. So far i do not see muscle cuts (i have no fat there). what can i do?

I really felt a burn I do nothing but sit and watch YouTube all day and eat food so this workout was really a challenge

Short and effective – my favorite arm workout! I like using 5lb weights for some of the exercises too.

so is it better so use a smaller weight?? i use a five pounds weight but i'm scared to get bulky arms should i get a smaller weight?

GREAT arm workout! I had to put down my 5lb weights and switch to 3lb tho!!! ha!
