My legs actually sweat for the first time. Sweat came from my shins. It's awesome. I feel good about myself 😊. Thanks Holly

I always stop after the first circuit lmao. I just shake so much after, that i can't finish it, especially with those swimmers.
If you are new to the workout journey ! Don’t get discouraged if you can’t complete this, it takes time and effort
