  2. This video gave me the courage to go to the gym and work out with dumbbells by myself. Something I’ve been terrified to do because I didn’t have confidence in my moves. I practiced at home a few times and then did it at the gym!!!! Thank you so much.

  6. i'm sorry but this is not a beginner workout… Nobody I know has a weight bench lying around their house. I was struggling to actually do this video because I didn't have a damn bench

  7. If you are going to be talking, I suggest using music without words. You are competing with the music and it is a bit over stimulating for the listener. I really love your dances to the songs!

  9. Your videos are addictive! I actuality have to fight myself to finish my morning workout with stretches(which is the smart thing to do) and not do "just one more video" .Thank you so much for all the hard work you do for our fitness,much love.

  10. some of these felt like they were doing very little, like 9:42 for instance, I can't really feel it working my back at all, any idea as to what I'm doing wrong? do you think it's my form, I'm using quite heavy weights
