  1. Amazing workout, I do love using kettlebells. And thanks as always for your attention to good form and pacing in your workouts. Doing movements correctly is hard work, but it’s so worth it!

  2. As always, another great workout!
    Something that I would reallly like to see from you too is a 7 Day workout incorporating all the muscle groups on various days and of course including which days to rest!
