  1. So true, tendentious with age, as I got older lighter with better form less pain. Tendentious will kill your gains. Thank for your informative training tips. Legit brother!!

  2. At 0:30, you didn't measure properly! Your arm is indeed a bit bigger than what you measured….and you'll agree with me, if you place the tape at the peak of the tricep 🙂
    If you look carefully, at the 0:30 mark, the tape is a bit diagonal, missing the very peak of the tricep, and so if you straighten it out and place it at both the peaks of the bicep and tricep, you'll get that 1/4" you are yearning for, or even more perhaps!
    Actually, I think by straightening the tape it would add about an inch, so I feel.

  3. I got this program when it first came out. Question on the weeks you have the floor press, would it be ok to substitute dumbbells for the barbell, and if so, would you recommend a more neutral grip when doing those? Thanks for all the great videos!

  4. This guy is legit. Very informative and explains every exercise very well. I’ve been binge watching for the past 2 days and tried a tricep workout from a video he posted in 2017, I haven’t had a pump like that in a long time. Keep it up my man, as a fellow Ohioan hello from Cleveland…

  5. I just got done with chest and calves and did those same tibia raises using same step up, but supersetted them with seated calves. I love training muscles that often get neglected (calves, forearms). Wish i loved training abs a bit more though 😉

  6. Serious question!!!!! Why do you recommend to keep the wrist straight when curling? If you do a slight bend back(about 30° away from the body) you get more contraction in the bicep with less forearm activation.( this was a jeff cavaliere tip, not something I made up) so I'm curious

    I just finished this arms workout, it was great. I found some of these exercises as I am not used to doing them took extra concentration to get the mind-muscle contraction happening but once I got there, provided a great pump, I think the triceps will be sore tomorrow. Knowing your success while working full-time in the finance industry is motivating for a chap like myself as I am in a similar position! Thanks 😎💪

  8. How do you deliver your program is it in an app or on a web page with a user login.? Do you have any videos showing us how accessible it can be ie.. user friendly. I like how you give a description of what you are looking for and a link to a Exercise Index. The RPE and Goal.. 👍 super clean and simple to understand.
