Thanks for your awesome workouts ..i just wanna ask , if it's ok to be very inconvenient for my upper back to do strength training?! I am trying my best to do the right form but still painful to do so?.
I know this was posted a long time ago so y’all might not see this, but what does it say about my technique if my back and arm muscles were hurting more than my legs at the end of this routine?
I have seen INCREDIBLE results after adding this workout into my reg and really pushing myself with what weight I use. My hamstrings and butt literally changed shape in just weeks, the muscle growth was unbelievable.
Day 24. Damn, I finished the entire thing. I took a LOT of breaks, and I’d also done some hiit earlier in the day. I’m so happy. You’re right, it’s hard to hate your body when it’s working this hard for you. I’m reminding myself that this is a way of life, not a diet. Thanks Kelli!
