  3. I have seen INCREDIBLE results after adding this workout into my reg and really pushing myself with what weight I use. My hamstrings and butt literally changed shape in just weeks, the muscle growth was unbelievable.

  4. Day 24. Damn, I finished the entire thing. I took a LOT of breaks, and I’d also done some hiit earlier in the day. I’m so happy.
    You’re right, it’s hard to hate your body when it’s working this hard for you. I’m reminding myself that this is a way of life, not a diet.
