I really like the weekly workouts as there's always something new to learn. I've had my rower for over a year but I'd like to improve my technique and these sessions help to break it down so I can understand what I'm doing rather than just getting on the machine and rowing!! Thank you Shane!!
Struggling at slower pace.. little inconsistent. The higher the stroke rate the easier I found it. 30 felt and was consistent. I feel a few minor issues with drive? Prob using hip swinging rather than driving fully at low rates. So, in short.. session was awesome because it highlighted an issue!!
When I first watched the video, I thought, no way I can do this. I was wrong! I did it. I had mosquitoes biting me the whole time. Lol. If this old lady can do it kids, so can you! 😍

I loved this…was able to stay with the stroke rate but had to keep reminding myself about position on the seat and hips behind shoulders in the catch.
A great build up workout, that keeps you motivated to keep going to the next minute. Thank you for all of your other workouts.
Just got a rower but keeping the pace and increasing is fantastic following your stroke. The 20 minute workout is next.

I’m using the stamina body glider until I get the concept 2 rower…your thoughts?
Really liked this, excellent. Not fatigued and will use this again as a good warm up. Normally I just do 1000m as a warm up but I liked this allot
