  1. I really like the weekly workouts as there's always something new to learn. I've had my rower for over a year but I'd like to improve my technique and these sessions help to break it down so I can understand what I'm doing rather than just getting on the machine and rowing!! Thank you Shane!!

  2. Struggling at slower pace.. little inconsistent. The higher the stroke rate the easier I found it. 30 felt and was consistent. I feel a few minor issues with drive?
    Prob using hip swinging rather than driving fully at low rates.
    So, in short.. session was awesome because it highlighted an issue!!

  3. When I first watched the video, I thought, no way I can do this. I was wrong! I did it. I had mosquitoes biting me the whole time. Lol. If this old lady can do it kids, so can you! 😍
